About Innovative Corporate Solutions Innovative Corporate Solutions Limited (ICSL) began life as Innovative Systems in 1987. With the spin-off of the Technical Services and Corporate Sales Departments, the ‘new’ Innovative was incorporated in 2003 with the objective of providing quality service to Corporate Jamaica in the field of Information Technology. The company was formed by a group of entrepreneurs having approximately thirty years of experience in the IT Industry collectively. ICSL achieved astounding growth and success within the first two years of existence. On starting the company, a staff complement of 18 highly skilled persons were employed. This merited the presentation of the Cable & Wireless Jamaica Sponsorship Job creation Award by the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ). The staff complement is still growing and is presently approximately forty (40) persons. The founders of ICSL, Christopher Reckord (Executive Director, Sales and Marketing) and Neil Abrahams (Chief Executive Officer) are among Jamaica’s leading IT professionals. ICSL is proud to have solid Information Systems Professionals, including those trained in our six core areas of business to design, develop, enhance, customize, implement, maintain and support various aspects of Information Technology. Most importantly, Innovative Corporate Solutions provides all the Project Management Services necessary to guarantee the on-time delivery of IT projects. ICSL’s team has participated in major complex IT projects in the Caribbean. These include financial institution mergers, cabling design and implementation, new systems roll-outs of 1000+ desktop computers, multi-location wireless network design and installation, multi-location IP (Internet Protocol) telephony design and installation to name a few. The experience gained from these engagements has allowed us to create a solid methodology for these types of projects including rigorous time management controls. |
