Version 6.1

The Innovative Windows Mobility Solution is a service driven product that provides the configuration of Windows Mobile 6.1 and ActiveSync to synchronize Email, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks on the mobile devices with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

Windows Office Mobile

Use Microsoft Office Mobile on your Windows Mobile phone to get the familiar Microsoft look and feel as well as the services that you’re used to. Even when you’re on the road, you can open and edit Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel documents, and view Microsoft Office PowerPoint documents!

When used on a touch screen phone, Office Mobile comes with some additional features, such as word count and the ability to check spelling in Word Mobile, chart creation in Excel Mobile, plus the ability to highlight sections of content and create documents.

The latest version of Office Mobile is compatible with Microsoft Office 2007. A free upgrade is available for qualified phones. If Microsoft Office is not pre-installed on your phone, it can be purchased separately.

Mobile Messaging with Outlook Mobile

Don’t miss out on messages while you're on the move! Microsoft Office Outlook Mobile keeps you connected to your e-mail, calendar, and contacts with the familiar Outlook features you know from your PC.

Outlook Mobile gives you e-mail on your terms. You can sync most Windows Mobile phones over-the-air, through your mobile operator, or at a wireless hotspot. Your calendar, contacts, and tasks are up-to-date. Plus, e-mails and attachments arrive with their original appearance intact, so you see tables, graphics, font colors, formats, and Web links just as they were sent.

You can use Outlook Mobile to:
  • Organize information in folders, just like on your PC
  • Send and receive e-mail from Web-based services like Yahoo! Mail and from Internet service providers like Comcast and EarthLink
  • Synchronize your calendar and contacts with Outlook on your PC or your company’s network
  • Search your company’s central address book for contacts you don’t have in your own contact list
  • Send meeting requests, track attendance, and receive detailed responses to your meeting requests when using Windows Mobile 6.1
Outlook Mobile is available for Windows Mobile 6.1, and works on both touch screen and non-touch screen phones.
