Implementation

To deliver the many services required for the implementation of successful information technology projects, ICSL has made significant investments in its human resources. The locally based team of just under 50 persons with over 80 years collective IT experience has worked together on a number of large scale projects in the past delivering various solutions for clients in the private and public sectors.

We have made the significant investment in acquiring, developing and retaining local resources to allow us to have the “on the ground resources” allowing us to implement and remediate advanced technologies and solutions with local resources at a fraction of the cost that it would cost to bring in expertise from overseas.

Having created a robust design that incorporates future growth it is critical that the solution in question be implemented by certified technicians with years of experience in their perspective field of excellence. We have a dedicated service delivery team that is focused on the implementation of the solutions that we sell. This team has the requisite hands on certified and factory trained technicians who are supported by a dedicated administrative team inclusive of a service manager, engineering coordinator, engineering administrator and project manager.

Over the years we have learnt and understood the importance of project management to a successful implementation and as such all our implementations are assigned a project coordinator or manager who is responsible to both the client and our team for success. Great technical resources are vital but strong project and administrative management is critical coupled with a structured implementation methodology that includes industry best practices such as change management forms, statement of works and post implementation documentation.
