On Demand Support
Support from ICSL can take the form of on demand Problem Resolution & Application Optimization where the client either provides us with an objective or problem and our design and support specialists estimate the skill set and level of resource required, the amount of time and any products or parts necessary to achieve the objective/resolve the problem.
A quotation is then provided along with a statement of work and once the necessary commercials have been satisfied then work will commence at the agreed upon time and place.
Project Experience
ICSL’s team has participated in major complex IT projects in the Caribbean. These include financial institution mergers, cabling design and implementation, new systems roll-outs of 1000+ desktop computers, multi-location wireless network design and installation, multi-location IP (Internet Protocol) telephony design and installation to name a few. The experience gained from these engagements has allowed us to create a solid methodology for these types of projects including rigorous time management controls.
